Garrison Tax was founded in 2001 and has served the people of Gwinnett county for over 13 years. The owner, Michael Garrison, is an Enrolled agent with over 30 years of experience. A graduate of Kennesaw State College, He worked for 6 years for the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Auditor. After leaving the IRS, in 1989, he became and Enrolled Agent and went to work for a Tax Attorney. He then managed the tax office for a large estate planning company before opening his own business.

He has belonged to NATP for 17 years, serves as the Education Chair of the Georgia Chapter and has taught Income Tax courses all over the State of Georgia.
